Ayhan Güler

Ayhan Güler defines his visual approach through a contemporary language he terms Mythic Neo Iconism. Working with a limited palette of red figures and flowing blue hair, he creates timeless beings that exist outside culture and chronology. Surrounding these motionless icons are gestural, energetic fields that reveal a tension between cosmic movement and inner stillness. Each goddess figure represents a different elemental state—light, darkness, water, fire, wind, earth, intuition, and rebirth—forming a contemporary pantheon that invites viewers to encounter their own internal archetypes. This symbolic framework transforms the paintings into psychological spaces: explorations of the quiet center of the self and the energies that circulate around it.
